Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

LifeGen Labs ships orders throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other approved delivery partners. Available shipping options may vary based on destination and will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are supplied by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Order Processing

Orders that have successfully completed payment and verification are typically processed and shipped within one (1) business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed outside normal business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Guarantee

LifeGen Labs guarantees that verified orders will be shipped within one business day. If we fail to ship a verified order within that timeframe due to an error on our part, we will refund the shipping charges associated with the order.

Verification Delays

Some orders may require additional review or verification before shipment. Orders awaiting customer response, payment verification, address confirmation, or other required information are excluded from our one-business-day shipping guarantee until all verification requirements have been completed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses are not eligible for shipping refunds.

If additional information is required to complete shipment, LifeGen Labs will attempt to contact the customer using the information provided during checkout.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier. While LifeGen Labs will assist customers in working with carriers regarding lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, delivery issues occurring after carrier acceptance are ultimately subject to the carrier's policies and procedures.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or claim is appropriate.

Delivery Confirmation

Carrier tracking records and delivery confirmations serve as proof of delivery. Customers are responsible for securing packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

LifeGen Labs is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after a shipment has been marked as delivered. Customers concerned about package security may request signature confirmation when available.
