What’s Eligible for a Return
We’re happy to accept returns on products sent back unopened, unused, and in their original condition, with all factory seals intact. Just start your return and ship the item back within 60 days of the date it arrived. Products that have been opened, used, damaged (other than in transit), or returned without their original packaging aren’t eligible for a refund.
What We Can’t Accept — and Why
To protect the purity and safety of every order we send out, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any product that has been opened, used, altered, or handled in a way that could affect its integrity. We also can’t accept returns after the 60-day window has closed. If an item reaches us that isn’t eligible — for example, an opened product, or one sent back after 60 days — we may dispose of it or return it to you at your expense, at our discretion.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy. Reach out through our Contact page or customer support email within 60 days of receiving your order, and we’ll send you return instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if one’s needed, and the return address. Once your return is approved, please ship it back to us promptly. We recommend a trackable shipping method with insurance, since we’re only able to refund returns we actually receive.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless a return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and we don’t provide prepaid labels for unwanted items or changes of mind. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a late shipment, as covered in our Terms of Service). If your order shipped free and you return an item for a reason that isn’t our error, we may deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.
How Refunds Work
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it to confirm it’s unopened and in its original condition. If everything checks out, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to process — your bank or card issuer may add a little time on their end. Shipping and any applicable transaction fees aren’t refunded, except when the return is due to our error or a warranty issue. We’ll email you as soon as your return is received and your refund is on its way.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If we send the wrong product, or your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch within 5 days of delivery. We may ask for a quick photo or two to document the issue. For confirmed cases, we’ll make it right with either a free replacement (shipped at our expense) or a full refund, and we’ll cover reasonable return shipping. Please hold off on using or discarding a damaged or incorrect item until you’ve contacted us, so we can take care of your claim smoothly.
Refunds on Cryptocurrency Payments
If you paid with cryptocurrency and qualify for a refund under this policy — for example, you returned an unopened product within 60 days, or your order was canceled — we’ll generally issue the refund in USD, to an alternative method you provide such as a bank transfer or store credit, for the USD value of your purchase. At our discretion, we may offer a refund in cryptocurrency for an equivalent USD value, adjusted for transaction fees. Crypto refund timing can vary with network conditions.
