These terms govern the LifeGen Labs Research Partner Program. By applying or using a partner link, you agree to them. LifeGen Labs may update these terms; continued participation is acceptance of the current version. These terms sit alongside the site Research Use Only Disclaimer.

1. Products and positioning

LifeGen Labs supplies research materials strictly for laboratory research by qualified professionals. Products are not intended for human or veterinary administration. No diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical application is implied. You will not describe, depict, or imply human use, animal use, dosing, injection, ingestion, “results,” wellness, weight loss, or biohacking outcomes.

2. Commission

Approved founding partners (first 25) earn 18% of the referred order subtotal on core catalog SKUs (including Selank, BPC-157, and Glow Blend). Standard partners earn 15% on those SKUs. Incretin-adjacent research SKUs (including GLP2-T and GLP3-R) pay 12%. Rates exclude shipping, tax, and refunded or cancelled amounts. Repeat orders from the same referred account pay 10% for 12 months. Tracking lasts 90 days from the first qualifying click on your unique link. The cookie must be present at checkout. Self-referrals are not paid. The minimum payout is $50. Payouts are issued in USD by PayPal or another method we specify, on a monthly cycle after a 14-day hold for refunds. We may reverse commissions for refunds, fraud, policy violations, or tracking abuse.

3. Approval

Participation is by invitation or application and is not guaranteed. We may approve, suspend, or terminate any partner at any time. You must be 18 or older. We may request details about your site, audience, and promotional methods before approval.

4. Promotional rules

• Use only LifeGen Labs-approved copy, product names, and documentation claims.
• Include a clear FTC-compliant disclosure that you may earn a commission.
• Link to product, quality, or COA pages. Do not bypass the research-use acknowledgment.
• Do not bid on “LifeGen Labs,” “LifeGen,” misspellings, or branded URLs in paid search or social.
• Do not run coupon, cashback, or incentive listings that we have not approved.
• Do not send unsolicited email. Any email must comply with CAN-SPAM and similar laws.
• Do not scrape, fake, or cookie-stuff traffic. Do not use malware or deceptive redirects.

5. Creative and brand

LifeGen Labs remains the owner of its name, marks, product images, and COAs. You receive a limited license to use approved assets solely to refer research purchasers. You will not alter COAs or purity figures. On request, you will take down any asset.

6. Independent contractor

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of LifeGen Labs. You may not bind LifeGen Labs or speak as LifeGen Labs. You are responsible for your own taxes on commissions.

7. Termination and clawback

Either party may end participation at any time. On termination, tracking links stop earning. We may withhold or reverse unpaid commissions if we reasonably believe these terms or the Research Use Only rules were violated. Serious violations (human-use promotion, fraud, brand bidding) may forfeit all unpaid amounts.

8. Limitation

The program is provided as-is. LifeGen Labs is not liable for lost commissions caused by tracking blockers, cookie deletion, or the research-access login. Total liability related to this program will not exceed commissions paid to you in the prior 90 days.
